Toray Industries, Inc., founded in 1926 and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, is a global leader in advanced materials, chemicals, and engineering solutions. Its business spans five core areas: Fibers & Textiles; Plastics & Chemicals; Carbon Fiber Composite Materials; Environment & Engineering (including water treatment and membranes); and Life Science & Medical Products.
