Miruna's Story
Miruna, established in 1950, started as a manufacturer of industrial wire stitching machines for the printing, packaging, and furniture industries. Over time, the company expanded into producing stitching wires and partnered exclusively with the German BeA Group in 1989 to supply pneumatic staplers and nailers in Brazil, offering complete fastening solutions, maintenance, and technical support.
Building on this expertise, Miruna introduced industrial staples, pins, and brads made to international standards and, in 2021, acquired BeA Brasil, strengthening its position in the wood packaging and coil nail manufacturing markets. In 2023, it also acquired Lötters & Miruna Arames, a producer of nylon-coated binding wires, further integrating its production processes and enhancing customer service.
